If you're feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or simply in need of a reset, it’s time to take a step back and allow yourself the space to breathe, reflect, and rejuvenate.
Immerse Retreats is here to offer just that – a safe, tranquil space where you can escape from the distractions of everyday life and rediscover a sense of peace and balance. Imagine spending 3 days and 2 nights immersed in nature, surrounded by the beauty of the world around you, while diving deep into transformative wellness practices.
Whether you're new to yoga and meditation or already familiar with these practices, Immerse Retreats offers a welcoming environment where you can truly arrive exactly as you are – with no judgments, no expectations – and leave feeling lighter, refreshed, and at peace.
WHERE:
NECTAR YOGA RETREAT CENTRE. Nectar Yoga Retreat is a healing space that sits on 20 acres of forested land on Bowen Island, just a short 20 minute ferry ride from Vancouver. Our practice space at Nectar is in a beautiful geodesic dome that is nestled among the Alder trees, and vast varieties of Pacific Northwest flora and fauna.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
YOGA PRACTICE WITH PEI:
Join Pei for a transformative yoga experience as she leads you through Yoga-inspired movement practices. In these 60-minute sessions, you’ll explore Pei’s signature classes: Immerse Flow, Immerse Power, and Immerse Restore.
Each class will incorporate dynamic breathwork, mindfulness themes, and modifications to accommodate all levels of practice. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Pei's guidance will help you deepen your practice and connect with your body and mind.
Feel free to bring your own yoga mat and props if you prefer, but sanitized mats and props will be provided on-site for your convenience.
SOUNDBATH | SOUND THERAPY SESSIONS:
Each evening, we will conclude with an immersive Sound Healing session, designed to enhance your experience. These sessions will feature the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, planetary gongs, chimes, and more.
Sound healing is a transformative practice that uses various sounds to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The sounds offered during these sessions serve as an invitation to enter a deeper state of consciousness, helping to balance your energy centers (chakras) and guide you into the present moment.
Allow yourself to fully relax and let the healing vibrations wash over you, supporting a profound sense of peace and restoration.
NOURISHING MEALS:
During your retreat, delicious and nourishing plant-based meals will be created and served. The menus change with the seasons, so you can expect to enjoy delicious, enticing plant-based foods that reflect the bounty of the land. Most allergies can be accommodated, although we cannot cater to special diets like “Keto or Smoothies only”. All dishes can be made with vegan and/or gluten-free options. Nectar Yoga’s kitchen is a strictly meat and fish free facility. Please specify your dietary restrictions before arrival.
AMENITIES:
All cottages are equipped with bedding, towels and natural toiletries. Soap/shampoo/conditioner (infused with natural ingredients and essential oils will be provided.
NECTAR RETREAT ACTIVITIES:
Nectar is surrounded by an abundance of scenic walking trails, offering you the opportunity to explore both as a group or on your own. If available, you’ll also have access to Nectar’s Forest Bath (hot tub), perfect for unwinding and connecting with nature.
During your free time, enjoy the peaceful surroundings with ample space to relax in the lounge or unwind in the outdoor hammocks.
To close our retreat, we’ll gather for a special Group Fire Ceremony on the final night. Together, we’ll reflect, share moments under the stars, and enjoy hot cocoa and s’mores in a cozy and communal atmosphere.
MIST THERMAL SANTUARY:
Experience Mist Thermal Sanctuary on Bowen Island, offering a premium sauna and cold plunge circuit nestled in th e forest beside Nectar Yoga Retreat.
RETREAT ADD ONS:
Additional treatments are available at your convenience. Balance your Energy Centers by booking a private Reiki session. Release tension by booking a private 1 hour massage. Please let me know if you are wanting to book these sessions at an additional cost.
MIST THERMAL
Mist Thermal Sanctuary offers private 90 minute hot cold circuits consisting of:
a luxurious outdoor hot/cold shower with Mist’s house eucalyptus shower spray
a wood-fire sauna with views of the forest
a cold plunge tub
a warm soaking tub
and a beautifully cultivated outdoor rest area with fire
Soft chimes ring at 15 minute intervals, inviting you to move into the next phase of the Mist Contrast Therapy Circuit (also known as Nordic Cycle) or navigate your thermal experience intuitively, at your own pace.

A modern, Scandinavian-inspired deluxe cottages were designed with simplistic coziness in mind. Comfy beds, soft linens, fluffy pillows and a reading window seat offer perfect places to snuggle up to a loved one, or with a good book. Wake up and take a morning shower in the gorgeous bathroom, or take it outside in the steamy, outdoor shower adjoining the bathroom. A covered porch lined with warm cedar perches you with a perfect view of the property’s centerpiece, our magnificent maple and alder trees.

The comfy beds and cozy linens await your dreams, while the picture window and its lush foliage views await your daydreams. Use the space for creative pursuits, or as a basecamp for a walk in the forest. Rainy day? Sit outside on your covered porch and enjoy the fresh, pine-scented ocean air and the sound of raindrops caressing the old-growth trees.
